Bina was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Pony Up! She moved to Manhattan Beach in 2010 and began a career in Digital Sports Advertising with Turner Broadcasting Inc. After four years at Turner, building a solid foundation in business-to-business skills, Bina knew she was meant to pursue her passion in creating beautiful homes. Expanding upon her technical skills at UCLA's Professional Level Interior Architecture program, Bina parlayed her love of architecture, fashion and artistic expression into Interior Design, and quickly converted several of LA’s most familiar household names into lifelong clients. 

An Oregon girl who brought her classic palette and modern vision to the laid-back coastal walk streets of Manhattan Beach, Bina’s abstract and layered approach to California style is truly inspired by the natural beauty of her home state, combined with her infinite curiosity to explore cultures and tastes that transcend borders. It didn’t take Bina long to realize she was meant for California Real Estate when she was helping clients decide where to spend their hard-earned money on interior design decisions, while keeping long-term, big-picture goals in mind for resale and beyond. Bina believes in the feeling of home and knows it is important for your space to be an easy place to entertain and a cozy nest to return to after a long day. 

Bina's goal is to help sellers maximize the value of their home, and to help buyers find and create their dream home and lifestyle. Throughout the entire process, Bina brings her unique perspective, local knowledge and joie-de-vivre.

In Bina’s free-time, you can catch her with her husband, son and Goldendoodle strolling the Strand, listening to country music, or at a local CrossFit or Pilates class!
